What we do

We build two things. Sometimes both.

Purpose-built workflow software, and careful AI inside the systems you already run. Which one you need depends on where the work is stuck. We will tell you honestly which fits.

Services

S.1

Design and build a platform

Purpose-built workflow software for a process too complex, too regulated or too specific for anything off the shelf. We map the real workflow, design around the people who run it, and ship production software they own and operate.

  • Discovery grounded in your actual workflow, not a template
  • Working prototype early, so you judge software, not documents
  • Accessibility, privacy and audit designed in from the first commit
  • Built to hand over: your code, your data, your infrastructure
BEST FOR · SKILLED MANUAL WORK THAT FOLLOWS CONSISTENT RULESOUTCOME · A PLATFORM YOU OWN, NOT A VENDOR YOU RENT
S.2

Build AI into existing operations

Careful, bounded AI inside the systems you already run. Reading documents, drafting structured entries, connecting tools that do not talk to each other, flagging what needs a human. Always with a person in the loop and a clear line around what the AI is allowed to do.

  • AI does the reading and drafting, people keep the judgement
  • Deterministic safety nets in front of every model
  • Honest about confidence: the system shows its uncertainty
  • Bounded scope, so you can see exactly what changed and why
BEST FOR · GOOD SOFTWARE WITH BOTTLENECKS BETWEEN THE TOOLSOUTCOME · MANUAL HANDOFFS REMOVED, JUDGEMENT KEPT

How we work

Working software early, so you decide from evidence, not guesses.

Regulated work is where the last five percent is the actual job. So we get something real in front of you fast, then spend the time where it counts.

  1. Map the real workflow

We start with the process as it actually runs, including the edge cases and the person who phrases things differently to the test data. Not the tidy version in the procedure manual.

  2. Ship a working prototype

Within weeks you have something you can open in a browser and judge for yourself. Demos are labelled as demos, stubs as stubs. You always know what is proven and what is still an idea.

  3. Design in the hard parts

Accessibility, privacy, audit trails and safety nets are built in from the start, not retrofitted for the audit. In regulated work they are the product, not the paperwork.

  4. Hand over what you own

We build things clients own and operate, not dependencies they keep paying for. Your code, your data, your infrastructure, documented so your team can run it.

Not sure which one

Describe the bottleneck. We will tell you what it needs.

Some problems need a new platform. Many just need the right AI in the right place inside what you already have. A short conversation usually makes it obvious.
